A. Snatch 3x 60, 70, 75% 2x 80, 85, 90, 90-95%
B. Clean 3x 60, 70, 75% 2x 80, 85, 90%
C. Overhead squat (1+3) 5 sets (heavy as possible)
D. Snatch pull 3x (100%, +10lbs, +15lbs)
E. Below the knee snatch pull 3x (100%, 100%, 100%) + DB press 2x10
F. Wt Sit ups(arms locked overhead) 3x10

  1. Felt pretty strong for the most part today, did fail a good amount on the last set of snatches but other then that was able to get out of the hole at the bottom of all the lifts.
    A. (120,140,150,160,170,180)
    B. (165,190,205,215,230,245)
    C. (135,155,165)
    D. (200,210,215)
    E. (200,200,200) 35lb dumbells
    F. 25 lb dumbells
    Took just over 90 minutes

  2. A. 60, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95. My two at 90 were best, and my first 95 was good.
    B. 95, 115, 120, 130, 135, 145 (f2nd). I couldn't get out of the whole on the last one and did not attempt again because of timing.
    C. 75, 80, 85, 90, 95. Started to feel it here.
    D. 120, 130, 135
    E. 120, 120, 120. DB press at 30 and 35. 30 felt light, but 35 was a HUGE jump
    F. 30#.
    Overall OK, especially considering it was in the am.
