*NOTES- For the DL,HPC,S2OH…TAKE YOUR TIME. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast. Keep lumbar tight and get reps in but don't try to speed to fast. Wall Ball goal is 160+

  3. First amrap (MU, BJ, T2B, DU) 3 + 9. DUs were not great. T2B failed fast. MUs were better than they have been with no fails, but hard.
    Second AMRAP (DL + HPC + PP): 4 + 24. DUs still the problem. My first four sets of DL?HPC?PP were unbroken.
    Thirds AMRAP (WB): 168. I started off with 45 in 2 minutes and laid off too much in the last three.
