ReplyDeleteFirst amrap (MU, BJ, T2B, DU) 3 + 9. DUs were not great. T2B failed fast. MUs were better than they have been with no fails, but hard.
ReplyDeleteSecond AMRAP (DL + HPC + PP): 4 + 24. DUs still the problem. My first four sets of DL?HPC?PP were unbroken.
Thirds AMRAP (WB): 168. I started off with 45 in 2 minutes and laid off too much in the last three.
