A. Clean and jerk (2+2) 60, 70, 75, 80, 85, 85-90%
B. Snatch 3x 60, 70, 75, 80, 80-85%
C. Clean pull 5x (-10lbs, 100%, +10lbs)
D. Below knee clean pull 5x (100%, 100%) + plate front raise 3x10 + plate side raise 3x10
E. Ab slide 3x20 yards + push up row (with DBS 1 push up + 1 row L/R = 1 rep) 3x8

  1. A. 85, 95, 105, 110, 115, 125, My elbows were not quick on the cleans. I had some tripping issues, but overall, better than they have been.
    B. 60, 70, 75, 80, 85. My set at 80 and my first 85 was probably as good as I've snatched in a while. I did fail my 3rd attempt at 85 2 times before nailing it. I'll account that to 168 WB yesterday.
    C. 150, 160, 170. Fine.
    D. 160 for CP and 25, 33, 33 for front raises and 15 for side raises. I feel like a deformed bird doing side raises. They are rough.
    E. 20# on DB row. Once I got this motion down, I think I could have moved up for one set.

    From warm-up to end 80 minutes. I probably chatted a little more today than I normally do. Considering that yesterday was the 10 min WB AMRAPm, I felt much better than expected.
