Did the BJ, Burpees, Snatches at 10:15. I rebounded the bJs, but won't again, because my achilles are sore. I did the snatches in 20-10; 5-5-4-3-3; and 2-2-2-1-1-1-1. I took very short rests. I know that I was done with the first round of snatches by 3:30 and want to say that I was through the first 4 snatches or so of 95 at 9:15. All snatches were power snatches; I did not press any out. I was PSYCHED about this.
I don't even want to talk about the other, because I did 3 rounds at 100 m, 150#, outside, on New Orleans streets (with gravel, potholes, etc.). That took me 2-3 min for the drag. I reduced it to about 50 ft and 135 for the last three. I was humbled, however, by the NOLA competitors dragging 150 and 180 lbs 2 times per round 100 m each.
