WB felt good. No rep problems, only one no-rep on too low. 7:07 total.
ReplyDeleteAMRAP 1 s2oh+DUs: 7 + 6. The S2OH were light. Everything unbroken here, could possibly transition faster.
AMRAP 2 burpee, HPC, PU: 3+14. HPC all UB. The pushups got bad fast. I should have broken them up more sooner.
AMRAP 3 MU, RD, DU: 3+1****. So, I think at least 1-2 MU were not all locked out, and maybe one ring dip. There would be several no reps in competition. I need to work on the kip, because I got a little chicken wing, and it is a really deep dip out of my MU. I was toast by this point and did one round of RD on the rings. 2 DU sets UB.
Overall, fairly happy with WB, 1, and 2. Took 50 min total with warm-up.
WB felt good!

2. 2 and 3 push ups (Push ups slowed me down a lot. Muscle up work before this was not smart..)
3. 3 and 2 ring dips (used a purple band and C2B)
