A. 75, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 120 (Missed one jerk at 95% but the squat clean felt easy.) B. 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80 C. 115, 125, 135 D. 125 and 20lb DB
A. 80, 95, 100, 110, 115, 120, 130. All made. I had one wobbly rep at 130. B. 60, 70, 75, 80, 85. Last two sets were easiest. C. 150, 160, 170. These felt easy, probably because my grip was not fatigued. D. 160, 160. DB press at 30, 35, 35 E. Ab circles on bar.

E. Did barbell windshield wipers. I had to break up ab circles too much for them to be effective so I scaled down.
