9am L3 testing

  1. 4 sets 5x snatch grip shrug, 5x snatch high pull, 5x hang power snatch, 5 OHS at 50% max snatch (50#) 30 sec rest
    rest 4 min
    4 sets 5x clean pull, 5x power clean, 5x front squat at 50% (80#) rest 45 sec
    rest 4 min
    3 rounds 10 pullups (strict), 10 pushups, 10 v-ups
    This felt fine overall. HPS are not my best. All of the snatch and clean rounds were abuot 1 min, though I would be lying if I said they were all a breeze. The front squats got heavy. The last part took 7 minutes, mostly because the pullups were all strict (my choice), so it was like 30 struct pullups for time.
