  1. The first 3 sets took me about 4:45 per set. All thrusters UB.
    Handstand walks need more practice/
    The last 3 sets took around 2;40 per set.

    Feeling the squats and good mornings from yesterday, but still felt pretty good. Got better today for sure.

  2. The first three sets were 4:37, 4:58, 5:10. I'm happy with the rows and burpees, but lost it on the thrusters mentally a little.
    The last three sets were
    2:33, 2:43, and 3:10. The last set, my hands were slipping on the C2B, which is the major reason for the time difference. If I can get my thrusters to feel like the first set of 10 of each set from this round, I'll be fine.

    I'm not super-happy with these, but considering the lack of sleep I've had this week, it is probably not that bad.

    A. 6.26, 6.38, 7.20
    B. Handstand walks need some serious work.
    C. 4.16, 4.22, 4.52

    Took about 1:05 to complete. Legs were still tight so thrusters took a while to warm up to. This one did not feel good.
