Felt better on the C&J and Snatch compared to Monday.
    Snatch still needs work

    C) 205, 215, 225
These hurt more than normal. Long week maybe on the legs.

    D) Raises were tough

    E) Normal, tough but manageable

  2. A. 80, 95, 100, 110, 115, 115. I used wrist wraps for the first time today and felt much more solid overhead. These are all easy.
    B. 60, 65, 70, 75, 80. Felt good until the 80s. Did not catch those well, but no fails for the first time. OH hold was solid.
    C. 150, 160, 170. These felt heavy.
    D. 150, 150. 25# for front and 15 for sides. The raises were tough and so were the pulls.
    E. 25# on the GHD rows, which felt easier than normal.
Overall, A and B felt easy, but I was wiped out by C. I will attribute some of that to getting over being sick and a lack of sleep. I havent gotten more than 4-5 hours all this week. This took me right at 60 minutes with very short rests on A, B, D, and E.
