A. Snatch 3x 60, 70, 75, 80, 85, 85%
B. Jerks 3x 60, 70, 75, 80, 85%
C. Clean 3x 60, 70, 75, 80, 80%
D. Drop Snatch 5x3 (heavy as possible)
E. Snatch pull 5x (-10, 100%, +10lbs)
F. Below the knee snatch pull 5x (-10, 100%) + alt DB press 3x10 (1 arm up)
G. Stone runners 3x10 each + Wt V-Ups 3x10 each

  2. A. 60, 70, 75, 80, 85, 85. No fails, 85 on last set was first one where overhead hold felt less than solid.
    B. 80, 90, 95, 100, 110. I rounded up. These felt pretty easy
    C. 100, 115, 120, 130, 130. I failed one at 115 losing focus, but overall, these felt easy as well.
    D. 80(f3), 70, 75(f1), 75, 75. I didn't feel locked out. I think I may have narrowed my grip too much.
    E. 110, 120, 130
    F. 110, 120. My grip was going by now. DB press at 30, 30, 35, I don't think I could do three sets at 35.
    G. Done, probably need to have someone watch and laugh at me.

    Finished in 54 minutes. Felt good!
