A. Build to a 5RM DL in 10 minutes
-rest 10 minutes-
B. 10 min AMRAP of 200m run, max rep T2B  *score is T2B
-rest 10 min-
C. 10 min AMRAP of 5 wall ball, 5 DU, 10 wall ball, 10 DU, 15 wall ball, 15 DU….and so on

  1. A. 120#, Did 130# 4 times and failed.
    B. 82 T2B in 6 rounds, 26, 40(14), 55(15), 67(12), 75(8 - came off to get another round in), 82(7). Was able to kip at least a few 5-10 all but last two rounds. 26 is a max rep pr.
    C. 30+23 WB. DUs were pretty good - tripped on 25 and broke 30s. Need to be tougher on WB.
