TESTING DAY

Show up at 930am, we will worm up and start at 9:50am


A. 75m Sled sprint for time @ 1.25/1xBW

B. 75m Sled sprint for time @ 1.25/1xBW
Rest 10 min (from when last person ends...sorry last person)
C. 3 Rounds for time
5/2 MU (scale is 10/6 C2B pull-ups)
10 DL @ 225/155
20 Wall ball @ 20/14
30 DU

  1. A. 140# - not really sure of time because of error. This was around 1:15 or lower, we think. I was about to run first 60 m or so, then slowed to steady movement but not run. I felt nauseated afterwards
    B. Didn't happen because of slickness.
    C. Long rest before this. I think it was 9:16? It was 2 sec slower than Calen/ MUs were fine, not my biggest problem. I had one fail. I did lose mental focus the last round and broke up WBs. DUs stunk. 2:00, 3ish min and 4 min plus per round.
