A. Drop Snatch 3x 50, 60, 70% of snatch B. Snatch 3x 60, 70, 75, 80, 80% C. Clean 3x 60, 70, 75, 80% D. Snatch pull 5x (-10, 100%, 100%) E. Stone runners 3x10 each + wt Bama Abs 2x10 each
A. 50, 60, 70. Felt easy. B. 60, 70, 75, 80, 80. Had trouble with last set, probably because I was rushing a little. C. 95, 110, 115, 120, 130. All of these felt easy. I was working on speed of elbows. Keither talked to me about a bigger shrug. D. 110, 120, 120. Worked on shrug E. I used a 14# med ball. I bopped myself in the face frequently. Perchance I need to bungee my knees around that damn thing. I probably rushed this a little. I got done, with warm-up, in 55 minutes. My fault - I felt a little conscious that I was the only one there since the 6:30 class had no one.
