A. Clean and jerk (3+3) 60, 70, 75, 80, 80%
B. Snatch 5x 60, 65, 70, 75%
C. Clean pull 5x (-10lbs, 100%, +10lbs)
D. Below knee clean pull 5x (-10lbs -10lbs) + KB clean to press 3x8 each

E. Windshield wipers 3x10 each + ghd row 3x10

  1. A. 80, 95, 105, 110, 110. Lockout is feeling better, the cleans are no problem
    B. 60, 65, 70, 75. Lockout overhead is fine, but someone may need to watch me. I feel like I am doing something inconsistent that is causing me to not reliably position the bar over my heels. Quads felt sore about here.
    C. 150, 160, 170.
    D. BTKCP 150, 150. Oddly, easier than the CP
    KBC&P 53#, 53#, 53#. That was tough and left me winded. I also managed to scratch my neck with my thumbnail.
    E. windshield wipers with bar, not hanging. GHD row at 25# was rough.
    Took me 75 min including warm-up, but I was steadily with a 1:30-2:00 rest. I dislike doing this at 5 am and should have warmed up hips more.
