A. Clean and jerk (3+3) 60, 65, 70, 75, 75%
B. Snatch 5x 60, 65, 70, 70%
C. Clean pull 5x (-20, -10, 100%)
D. Below knee clean pull 5x (-20, -20) + KB clean to press 3x8 each arm
E. Around the world 3x10 each + ghd row 3x10

  1. A. Did slightly over percentages. 80#, 90#, 95#, 105#, 105#. Cleans easy, the lockouts felt better.
    B. 60#, 65#, 70#, 70#. These didn't feel heavy and overhead felt fine, but I didn't feel explosive.
    C. 140#, 150#, 160#.
    D. 160# (because I am an idiot), 140. Need to work on shrug at top. KB C&P was 44#, 53#, 53#. The left arm (1st) was fine, right arm had to pause last 3.
    E. around the world at 14#, GHD row at 15#, 20#, 20#. All fine.
    Overall, felt good. Pulls and snatch need most work. Took me about 70 minutes including warmup.
