    3 rds 10 alt kb snatch, 50 DUs: 5:23. The snatches were easy, my DUs stunk
    2nd set of 3rds 10 burpee, 200 m run: 4:06
    Our house has grab bars installed by the toilets from the previous owner, who had a stroke. I am grateful for and using them now.
