D. DB curl to press 3x10 + Windshield wipers 3x10 each + hip extension on GHD 3x10

    I highly recommend gorging yourself with turkey and dressing and multiple desserts before lifting days. I felt like I was throwing weight around like a rag doll today. Or maybe you guys just know how to write a program that works?

    B. 60, 65, 70, 75, 75. The 70 set was a little off. It wasn't the pull, it was where I was landing. I still need to work on this.
