  1. On the 2:30 running clock 400 m row, them max DU with 2 m rest: 45, 50, 43 for 138. My row was good (though 15 s slower last round. Transition and number of DUs was a problem.

    On the 12 min AMRAP 10 BJ, 10 S2OH at 75#, 10 WB, I did 8 rnds flat. I started splitting my S2OH when I probably needed to breathe more instead. BJs were fast.
