Power Snatch: did 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 UB. At 100, I got 1 and lost grip.
ReplyDeleteOH WL/DUs: 7:11. I did my first round UB, but had a problem with DUs in 4th.
BJ/Ring dips: 3:39. I felt good. Had to redo a few ring box jumps. I did 8 ring dips.
HSPU/KBS: 6:19. I was done on HSPU
