  1. A. All were easy and took 11-14 seconds (not starting with hands on bar)
    B. Sets werrre 52, 51, 52. Thrusters were manageable and UB, airdyne was tough.
    C. 2:54, 2:58, 2:58. The rows got slower than I thought faster than I thought, but little to no time into burpees on the transition and steady throughout.
