  1. BS: 125, 150, 160, 170, 180 (failed on second rep), 170.
    In my defense, I did this Thursday. Tuesday, I got violently ill and ate nothing Wednesday. I had started eating again Thursday, but was not hydrated. I think that played into this.

    4 sets thrusters, CSB, row: 1:26, 1:19, 1:17, 1:26. All thrusters and C2B UB, one no repped C2B to redo. Row was slower than I liked

    TABATA burpee: 9, 8, 7, 7, 7, 7. Not what I would like, but got a massive headache and nausea at this point. Once I got home and drank something, I felt better.
