48:29 total. Chest to bars were my sticking point, I think. Had about 4 no-reps to redo I started with 4-3-3 and went to 3-3-2-2, then back to 4-3-3. Rows were 2:01-2:05 the first 5 rounds, then closer to 2:10. Stroke rate was around 17-20. I need to remember to use my legs more. well that sucked...45:10 chest to bars really slowed me down, and the row was probably a big part of that
