did 145, 155 (failed once), 160 tied pr, failed 165 3 times. On 90%, I got 28, with 2 fails, but a lot of ugly PCs. I need to drop under, not starfish, and get elbows through quicker. I also felt lie I was slipping on the platform and won't do this test there again.
ReplyDeleteairdyne / burpees were 55, 52, 53. I did not have time for sled.
