  1. First part took 8:14, second 9:20 (total time 27:34). More details below.
    50 wall ball - Did 40 in a row, probably had 3 no-reps to redo. I almost went straight through but decided for a quick break before box jumps. These took under 2 minutes.
    40 box jump @24/20. I bounded and didn't stop here for more than a 2 second pause. I was done by 3:15, so roughly 1:25 for this section.
    30 burpeeNot fast but steady. Done by 5:14, so about 2:00 for this movement. I was breathing hard here, but just tried to stay constant.
    20 T2B Done by 6:36. Probably my most disappointing. I kipped the first 10, paying attention to feet position, then dead hang swung the rest. My hands hurt from earlier in the week.About 1:20 for this movement
    10 Squat clean thrusters @135/95. These were not great, but not as bad as I thought. I did 4-3-2-1, with a short rest before 1.About 1:40 for this set.

    10 Squat Clean Thrusters @ 135/95. These felt easier at the beginning. I no-repped my first just not thinking on my clean, but did either 6-2-2 or 6-4. I was done in 1:06
    20 T2B I did 10-5-5 this time and kept the kip for first two sets. 2:19 for workout, done in 1:13 for section
    30 Burpee. These were not fast but were steady. 2:02 for section, at 4:21 for workout.
    40 Box jump @ 24/20. I took a break in the middle to not blow out my legs for the wall balls. I might not have needed it, but this was where I felt the most winded. 2:03 for section, 6:24 for workout.
    50 wall ball I lost it mentally here. I wanted to do 25-15-10, but let go at 15 and ended up with 15-10-10-8-7. 2:56 for section, 9:20 for workout. This part killed me in comparing times.
