  1. A. 65 (R), 70 (R), 75(R), 80(R), 80. I was rushing a little here because of time. My last was definitely best.

    sets not for time: 8-8-6 C2B, 8-8-8 T2B

    Chipper: 9:50 total. Finished WB at 2:30 with 5-6 no reps, BJ at 4:30, T2B at 6:22, burpees at 7:53, HSPU at 9:50. The HSPU killed me.

    35 C2B in 3:45. I did the first 10 UB and the first 16 in :54, which was a huge mistake. At least 3 no reps.
