  1. A: all reverse: 3x 65, 75, 2x 85, 90, 1x 95 (first rep failed after I kind of landed on side of foot, but then successful), 100, 100. These were actually decent and not as wide or unstable as usual.

    DL: I started with just over 1RM clean and worked up to 70% DL. The last 2 reps of last set were hard but not horrible. 165, 185, 205

    Rows: ranged from 142-135. Did better when I slowed the stroke down on return.
    (exact sets: 142, 140, 139, 140, 139, 138, 135, 136x3).

    Burpees: 8-10. Sets were 10, 10, 10, 9, 9, 9, 8, 9, 8, 9. 91 total reps
