  1. A. Front squat at 120, 135, 145, 145. Fairly Easy.

    not for time - I forgot the last HS hold. I'll flagellate myself at home.

    AMRAP 1 S2OH, MU, DU: 3+9. Scaled to 2 MU. The MU were really the limiting factor.
    AMRAP 2: DL, BOJ: 5 + 15. The sticking point was turning on the BOJ.
    AMRAP 3: 1252 row. I started at about 1:54-1:55 and finished the first 500 in about that. I let it go a little too much minutes 3 and 4 but sped up the last minute.
    I don't think I red-lined anything, really. Need to come closer to the red line during the Open WODs.
