  1. PS at 95#: 7. I was starfishing bad here.
    PS at 75#: 17. Grip was a factor.
    PS at 55#: 24. Grip, again

    1000m row/50 burpees, 30 thrusters: 10:29. I finished row in 4:00 flat, took about 10 seconds before starting burpees, was done with burpees by 7:40ish. I broke up thrusters too much.
