  1. A. Cleans all reverse. 3x 95, 105, 115, 120, 120. Easy.

    B. 10x75, 8x85, 6x95 (math error, should have been 90), 4X100, 2x105. Max rep at 115 was 8. I split jerked most of these. I actually think I could have had at least one more on max.

    10 min AMRAP: 5+25. died on WB.
    3rds row / KIB. 6:13. Rowed slower than I thought. Broke last round of KBS, which was a mistake.
